How to Apply for PGTP?
To Apply :
Step1:
Applicants should send
the following to JAC,
KINPOE-CHASCENT not later than May 24, 2008
:
Completely filled Application Form including
Admit Card portion.
A Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 500/- in
favour of “KANUPP Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering” as
application fee (non-refundable). Bank Draft for any other name will not
be accepted. The bank draft may be obtained preferably from any branch of
the National Bank of Pakistan and payable at NBP, KANUPP Branch Karachi
(Code-0152). Write your name on back side of the Draft.
Three self-addressed envelopes (size at
least 9" x 7") with Rs. 10/- postal stamps affixed on them.
Two recent passport size photographs (one pasted on Application Form and
one on Admit Card portion).
DO NOT attach photocopies of your
certificates / marks sheets etc. These are not required at this stage.
Keep a photocopy of the form (both sides)
and bank draft with you. It may be required later on.
We will return Admit Card portion along with
the dates and addresses of the test/interview centers and sample test paper to the
eligible candidates after processing the application. Sample test
paper may also be seen at this website.
Step 3:
Written Test will be held on the date, time
and location mentioned in your Admit Card Slip. Result of the test will be
announced within 2 hours after the test, following which the interview of
the successful candidates will start. Candidates are requested to bring
all their original educational documents along with one attested photocopy of each and
final year project report (if any). Those who appear in the interview will
be provided with a security clearance form. They must complete and reach to JAC eight sets of these forms by July 20, 2008.
Step 4: Result of the interview will be intimated to the candidates by post as
well on the website. Selected candidates will be sent to the Training
Center based on their choice, merit and available seats. Else, they will
automatically be offered the other center. After completing one-year
training, the passing out candidates will be absorbed in PAEC and
posted to its different
Establishments.
Important Note:
For candidates
who do not receive the stamped Admit Card due to any reason:
They may
contact us or check this website for
their eligibility / ineligibility.
Only the eligible
candidates may reach the test center at the time of the test with
Photocopy of their Application Form and Admit Card
Photocopy of their Bank draft
Original NIC
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test or interview.
