Career After Training

	The candidates who successfully complete the course may be appointed in PAEC anywhere in Pakistan as Tech-I in SPS-4 (Rs. 5,765-350-16,265) with two advance increments and admissible allowances.
	After completion of two years of service in PAEC, he will be entitled for housing subsidy as per rules. Housing subsidy is currently at Rs. 8183/- per month
	One year relaxation in the eligibility period for their next promotion
	Free hospitalization of the self and family members in Panel's hospitals as per rules
	Candidates will be required to execute a bond for minimum three years service in PAEC after completion of training.
