Career After Training

	Depending on the requirement of PAEC, it is expected that most of the candidates who successfully complete the course may be offered job in PAEC. If so, DAE holders will be appointed as Tech-I while Science graduates will be appointed as Scientific Assistant-1, both in SPS-4 (Rs. 6920-420-19,520) with two advance increments and admissible allowances. They may be posted anywhere in Pakistan
	After completion of two years of service in PAEC, he will be entitled for housing subsidy as per rules. Housing subsidy is currently at Rs. 8183/- per month
	One year relaxation in the eligibility period for their next promotion
	Free hospitalization of the self and family members in Panel's hospitals as per rules
