Ans.   Application Form can be obtained by

•   Making a photocopy of the form from the advertisement

Q- 2      Where will the Written Test be conducted?

Ans.    Written Tests will be conducted in several major cities of Pakistan mentioned in the Application Form. You have to appear at the Test Center marked by you in the Application Form. All the details of your application and test centers will be available on this website.

Q-3   I have done HSC in First division; can I apply for PDTP.?

Ans.    Only those candidates who have obtained Matric and Diploma of Associate Engineering with First division in the advertised fields, can apply in this program. OR who have done BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Q-4      What qualification of candidates are required to apply in PDTP?

Ans.    Following are the qualification criterion for candidates to apply in PDTP.

The candidates must have 3 year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) recognized by the Board of Technical Education in the following technologies:
Chemical,    Computer,    Electrical,     Electronics,      Mechanical

The candidate must have first division (i.e. minimum 60% marks) in Matric  and Diploma.

   Age not more than 25 years on I^st June, 2010

Q-5     My final year result will not be announced before March 23, 2010 Can I apply?

Ans. KINPOE must have your  final year result on or before March 22, 2010 in order to select you. Candidates not conveying their result to KINPOE by this date will not be selected.

Q-6       I am only one day over-age according to the criteria stated in your advertisement. Can I apply?

Ans.    Maximum age limit for this program is 25 years on June 01, 2010. You are over-age and therefore, not eligible to apply.

Q- 7      How can I get sample test paper for the Written Test of PDTP?

Ans. Sample test paper will be  mailed to the eligible candidates along with their Admit Cards. You can also download the Sample Test  from our website.

Q- 8      How many trainees will be inducted in this program? What is the quota for different provinces?

Ans.

 Total number of seats for all technologies is 110, divided equally between CHASCENT and KINPOE. There is no distribution of seats on regional basis; selection is made purely on merit.

Ans.  Only those candidates who have obtained Diploma of Associate Engineer with First division can apply in this program. Only matriculate candidates can not apply.

Ans. Only those candidates who have done BSc in physics, chemistry and mathematics are eligible  in this program.
