Career After Fellowship
 

The Candidates who successfully complete the course may be appointed as Junior Engineer / Junior Scientist in SPS-8 (i.e. Pay scale of Rs. 10810-615-23110) with three advance increments and admissible allowances. Total pay with admissible allowances will be almost double the initial basic pay. In addition, Housing Subsidy upto Rs. 13637/- pm is also allowed as per rules.

Eligibility for promotion to Senior Engineer/ Senior Scientist after two years of service (instead of normal period of five years).

Selected candidates will be required to execute a bond for minimum five years service in PAEC on completion of M. S.

After fellowship, graduates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
