INSTRUCTIONS


For Online Form Submission

1. Before submitting online application, please deposit application processing fee.
   
2. Fill your information carefully and proof read it before submitting your Online Application.
   
3. Click the Submit Button only once, application submission can sometimes take few minutes if you are using a dialup connection, so please be patient.
   
4. After the application submission, Application Form Number will be displayed along with instructions. Please write it down for future reference.
   
5. You can deposit application processing fee in any Online Branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL).
   
6. Online Application Processing Fee is Rs. 750/-. Application processing fee must be deposited in on-line bank account number 01-100-3251-0 of Allied Bank Limited, Cabinet Division Branch, Islamabad. (Branch Code : 0793).
   
7. Write your Full Name, Father Name, CNIC or Form-B Number and Application Form Number on Original Bank Receipt and send it to Registrar, PIEAS through Pakistan Post, TCS, OCS or Leopard services at the following address, before June 7, 2010, along with your recent passport-size colour photograph:

Application without the original bank receipt and the photograph will not be entertained.
   
8. Keep a Photocopy of the Bank Receipt for your record.
