Library

KINPOE library has a collection of more than 3400 books, journals and periodicals and nearly 400 reference books including encyclopedias, handbooks, and technical reports/Ontario-Hydro manuals. A set of textbooks and monographs is provided to the students for the duration of the course.

The KINPOE library maintains a close liaison with the much larger library of KNPC with a collection of more than 11000 volumes and about as many technical reports in addition to 5000 microfiche. KANUPP library subscribes to about 35 journals. KINPOE library also has a close contact with libraries of PIEAS and PINSTECH at Islamabad from where books and references can be obtained when required
 

Computing Facilities at KINPOE

A large number of personal computers along with printer/scanners etc are available to the students in the KINPOE Computer Laboratory which have a variety of nuclear engineering codes and other software. Computer Laboratory, other laboratories, and faculty offices are linked through Local Area Network (LAN) of KINPOE, which in turn merges with the LAN of KNPC.
